Notification of Claims
All claims should be notified to your broker, or in the case of direct placements, to the regional or international offices through which you purchased your policy.
If you don't know who your current broker is, or you don't recall which Kiln office your policy was placed with, please contact us on claimsenquiries@kilngroup.com. Please include all the policy information you have in your email, to help us locate your records.
